In all your dealings with Peak Rides we want you to be entirely satisfied with the services and products we provide, and with that in mind please read this refund policy and refer to it should you ever feel a refund is warranted.
If you would like a refund, for whatever reason, before you have downloaded the self-guided ride software and documentation please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org using the email address you used to purchase the item and a full refund will be issued.
Due to the replicable nature of software we cannot offer a refund once the item has been downloaded.
If you feel the level of a guided ride did not meet with your expectations and would like a refund please send an email to email@example.com using the email address you used to book the ride stating the reason, and the date you attended and a full refund will be issued.
If you cannot attend a ride you booked, you can either arrange to attend another one provided you informed us at least 7 days before the date of the ride or a full refund will be issued again provided at least 7 days notice is given. Any shorter period of notice will mean a 50% refund is given.
