I've been pretty busy lately getting prepared for the launch of Peak Rides in the New Year, and sorting out the design and purchase of our new cycling kit has been vying for the top priority slot lately.
And let me tell you, choosing a supplier is a potential nightmare, from getting samples, choosing quantites, considering value-for-money and deciding what constitutes reasonable lead times, but I got there in the end.
And the winner, with a combination of service, pricing, quality, quantites and lead times was Pro Vision Clothing in Stoke-on-Trent. Dealing with Steve Joughin, and his two sons Ben and Jason has proved to be a very pleasant experience from start to what is almost the finish, with delivery in January.
Today, I took a trip down to Stoke to try on a few extra items only to find that they had completed a design for my consideration and it was almost perfect - one minor tweak and it was signed off and, the deposit paid. And they make good coffee, too!
I'm really excited and looking forward to the arrival of the kit in the New year 🙂
